I had a small issue with my booking and, yeah, I was annoyed at first. I don’t think that’s unreasonable either, because when you book a place you expect things to be clear and straightforward.
I reached out to Motel One and they got back to me quicker than I expected. They actually seemed to understand what had happened and sorted it out in a way that felt fair. It didn’t start off perfectly, but the way they handled the complaint was solid, and I felt listened to. I’d stay with them again.

It’s close to the station, which made getting around easy. Nothing super fancy or out of the ordinary, but it was decent and did the job.

The staff were genuinely so nice and helpful, which, is almost suspicious these days. Big thanks to them for making the whole experience easy and pleasant

We stayed for one night with our small dog, and it was a relaxed experience. The staff didn’t make a big deal about him, which put me in a good mood right away, and there was enough room for his little bed without feeling cramped. My only mild frustration was that I wish the pet fees had been clearer before booking. Still, the room was clean, check-in was smooth, and we didn’t run into any issues...

The staff got me sorted out so quickly I almost didn’t know what to do with myself. I was expecting the usual long wait and hassle, but nope, they handled everything fast and made it super easy. Absolute lifesavers, honestly.

Booking was easy overall, but yeah, the payment side was a little frustrating. My card got pre-authorised, and then I still had to pay at the hotel, so for a few days it looked like I’d been charged twice.
The staff did explain that it was just a hold, and it dropped off later like they said it would, but it wasn’t really clear on the website. Not a huge deal or anything, just kind of confusing. I’d probably book again, but I’d definitely like the billing info to be clearer

I stayed at Motel One for just one night, the bed was the highlight for me. The mattress hit that nice middle ground where it wasn’t too soft or too firm, and the pillows were surprisingly decent, which I almost never expect in hotels.
I slept really well and woke up without any back pain, so that was a big plus. The room itself was basic, and a few things made me wonder a bit about the overall quality, but for a good night’s sleep, I’d probably stay again

Parking was really simple and close to the motel, which made things so much easier. when you’re tired from traveling, it feels only right to have a setup that doesn’t add extra stress. No hassle at all

My room was cleaned every day, fresh towels were left without me even needing to ask, and the bed was always made up nicely... which I really appreciated. The staff I passed in the hallway were friendly too!! Nothing super fancy to report, just a clean room, easy stay, and no problems at all!!! I'd happily stay again...

The key card worked without any issues, reception was always around, and the area felt fine even later at night, which is always a relief when you’re getting back tired. I also didn’t feel worried about leaving my stuff in the room. Simple stay, but in a good way. I’d stay there again.

I really liked the bar and lounge area. It had this easy, comfortable vibe, not overly fancy, just nice. The lighting was great, the drinks were good, and after a long day, that’s kind of all I wanted: somewhere to sit, unwind, and not feel rushed. Funny how a good lounge can make the whole stay feel better. I’d definitely stay again.

I remember the coffee being good, the bread tasting fresh, and there being enough fruit and other options to make the morning easy. It wasn’t anything overly fancy, but everything seemed fresh and they kept things topped up. The staff were friendly too. based on how I remember it, I’d be happy to stay again just for the breakfast.

The AC worked great all night. I shut the window and kind of expected the room to get stuffy after a while, but it stayed cool the whole time, which was such a relief. No complaints there at all.

Once I got to the hotel, the accessible room was pretty much as described. Step-free entrance, lift access, and enough space in the bathroom all made things feel easier. Nothing flashy, just a well-handled stay that took a bit of stress out of the trip.

The bathroom was clean and looked new, which I appreciated right away because I don’t have much patience for dirty or outdated bathrooms. The shower worked well and the hot water was good too. It did feel a little cramped, but for a short stay, it was totally fine...

I’m personally a fan of anything that doesn’t make me jump through hoops, and this was really straightforward. I booked in just a few minutes, the price was clear from the start, and the confirmation came through quickly. Pretty much exactly how I like the process to go.
